Energy medicine is a way of working with the body beyond the purely physical.
Through gentle techniques, awareness and conversation, we explore what may be creating imbalance and make space for you to reconnect with yourself.
HOW I WORK
Every session is different, because you are.
The intention is not to fix you.
It is to help you listen to yourself.
WHEN MIGHT IT BE FOR YOU?
Energy medicine is a great tool when you:
- feel stressed, overwhelmed or constantly “on”
- feel disconnected from your body
- are going through a period of change
- feel stuck in old patterns
- want to understand yourself on a deeper level
- simply feel that something needs to shift
You don't need to have everything figured out before you come, together we will give your mind and body exactly what is needed in that moment.
PRICELIST
- 45 min coaching 650 SEK
- 30 min restorative session (balancing of the chakras) 550 SEK
- 2-2,5 hours energy medicine session 1,350 SEK
- 3 x energy medicine session 3,700 SEK
How booking works
Choose the time that works best for you and submit your booking request.
Your selected time will be held provisionally while payment is completed.
Once your payment has been received, I will confirm your booking by email.

A session in energy medicine is always individual and assessed in the moment.
We will not perform energy work if anything contradicts.
Before we meet, I will send out information about the session. Please read it carefully and respect the guidelines (rules), they are for your safety and wellbeing.
