How do I buy and book a session?

Choose and pay for your service first, then book your time in the calendar using your order number.

If I buy a session, how will it be delivered?

When buying a personal training session, we will "meet" on Zoom, FaceTime, or any other provider of choice. If you happen to live close by, we can meet up and have the session in person. A session in the gym will take about one hour.

When buying an energy medicine session, we will also meet on a platform for a call. We will have the session without cameras, and you will be at a place of your choice, which will help you settle into a quiet mode. Please set aside at least 2.5 hours. A session will usually take about 2 hours, but afterwards I highly recommend that you spend some time journaling or just integrating what you just did. If you bought a session for balancing the chakras, it will take about 30-40 minutes. If you live in the area, it is possible to meet in person for a session.

I live in Sweden, our time zone is CES/CEST, please have this in mind before purchasing a session that will require us to have a live conversation.

Is a session safe?

It is up to you to be honest and truthful with me, in order for me to provide a safe session. You are in charge of your own wellbeing and current health, anything you withhold from me, I cannot consider. If you provide me with all the information, I will construct your session in a way that is safe.

Varför är inte allt material på svenska?

Min uppfattning är att vi svenskar är väldigt bra på engelska, så för att kunna nå ut till så många som möjligt skapade jag materialet på engelska först. Planen är att allt ska finnas på svenska men jag kan inte säga när det blir klart.

Why can't residents in the US and Canada buy the digital product or services?

Legal procedures are handled very differently in those countries, compared to Sweden. Insurance companies are not willing to take the potential risk of a lawsuit.

Why are products not sold to the US or Canada?

Due to the current rates regarding taxes and declarations, the shipping rate would be too high for my kind of products. It is not worth the extra time.

Why are there almost no bookable time slots?

For the moment, I am building my practice while working full time at another place. My hope is to reduce my work hours at that place, in order to be available more hours here.

I had a session in energy medicine, now I can't remember what we did, and I feel like I am coming down with something. What can I do?

During a session, we are in the domains of the unconscious. It is not uncommon to forget some, but be assured that healing is taking place regardless.

It also happens, just as if you were to have a massage, that the body can react to the session afterwards. If you feel anxious and worried, feel free to reach out.
