My fitness journey
In the early 2000s, I stepped into a gym — and it changed my life.
I was captivated by everything about it, and I still am. I started lifting weights and soon discovered how much I loved barbell movements: squats, deadlifts, cleans… As I searched for videos to improve my technique, I came across CrossFit. It was love at first sight.
My fascination with health and the human body eventually led me to study nutrition. In 2011, I became a registered dietitian, and that same year I qualified as a personal trainer. The following year, I completed my CrossFit Level 1 training.
Since then, I’ve continued to learn and expand my toolbox, adding yoga and fascial maneuvers to my training background.
In 2025, I began studying to become an energy practitioner. By then, I had started to feel that something was missing — a sense that there was more to explore, something deeper. I followed that feeling, and in the summer of 2026, I completed my training and became a therapist in energy medicine. As part of that journey, I also trained in NLP, which means I can incorporate coaching into my work.
So, I’m still evolving, learning, building and expanding. I still love free weights, a challenging workout and a good old brutal metcon.
Because for me, health has never been about choosing one thing. It’s about exploring the whole picture — body, mind, energy and everything in between.
My life journey
You’ll find me in the countryside, on the island of Tjörn on the west coast of Sweden. Surrounded by nature and the ocean, it’s where I live with my family — and where I feel most at home.
I’ve never been very good at choosing just one thing. One of my mottos in life is: “Why choose when I can do it all?”
For me, that means training, sewing, writing books and lyrics, gardening, swimming in the ocean all year round, crafting and baking — pretty much anything that lets me create something with my hands, my mind or my imagination.
I’m curious by nature, and I love learning, trying new things and following whatever sparks my interest.
There’s always something new to explore.
